WE HAVE MOVED!!!

I want to thank everyone who helped make todays move speedy!!  We appreciate the 8 people who came out to give us a hand.  We were able to move our entire box in 4 hours!!!

Thanks to all our members for putting up with the floor situation in the old gym, we apologize and promise that this box will have all its floors intact!

With that ALL of our classes will now be held at our new location.  466 Colman Street in New London.  It is directly across from Popeyes Chicken and there is PLENTY of parking in front of the building.  We are very pleased with our new location and look forward to the many years we plan on being here!  Tell your friends about the move!!

Saturday Workout Schedule

This Saturday July 17th there WILL be a FREE workout for both members and new prospects.  Please let everyone know that the workout will happen this Saturday at 9 am.  There will only be one workout.

Again I want to thank all members for putting up with the floor situation.  As you all know we are in the process of finalizing the lease on the new location on Coleman street and once we get word, we will let you all know when the move will be.  Till then, thanks for enduring the current condition.

1 week off

To all members,

There will be a 1 week shutdown starting this Sunday June 27 th. This will allow for us to address our floor issue. Class will resume on July 5 th following the shutdown. There will be a free workout at 10 am this Saturday.

“Warrior Dash Warm Up”

Run 400 M (8 times)

After each 400 alternate in between 25 Push Ups and 25 Squats for a total of 100 Push ups and 100 Squats

We have over 4o Athletes  taking part in the September Warrior Dash, so in early preparation we decided to put together a WOD that would mimmic the movements of the event.
