CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. This program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life. The workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically. Regardless of your experience or fitness level you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! All CrossFit Training is 45 minutes, this includes warm up, the workout, and a cool down. Classes are held at the New London CrossFit Facility – 181 Bank Street.
CrossFit memberships include 2 Free Saturday workouts, 1 Free monthly nutrition workshop, monthly body assessments, nutrition log sheets, and monthly benchmark workouts.
*Before you join a CrossFit Program you must complete Elements* – (Free with purchase of a 5x per week class membership otherwise $100)
Elements is required for two reasons:
1. For you Safety – You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout
2. No One is Left Behind – After completing Elements you will be able to jump in a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned. Find Out More about Elements

On Ramp Program
Crossfit On Ramp Classes are designed to spend additional time on the foundational movements the individual has learned in elements, as well as develop strength and endurance to prepare for the coed/women’s only programs. The class structure will have a strength component followed by a short CrossFit workout that will engage the 10 general physical skills listed in your what is fitness hand out.
ON-RAMP classes meet at least once a day and you must attend a minimum of 8 sessions before you can participate in the CrossFit classes. If proficiency and competence has been shown while performing a specific set of skill-oriented CrossFit tasks during these 8 classes, the individual is able to move on to the Coed/Women’s-Only classes. If more time is needed to further achieve proficiency, the athlete will be encouraged to attend more of the ON-RAMP classes to ensure a successful transition into the Coed/Women’s-Only classes.

Private Body Assessment Package – $75
Meet with a New London CrossFit coach for 1 hour private session. During this time you will have your measurements and body fat taken as well as a weigh in. You will also spend time setting your fitness goals as well as how to achieve these goals

Private Zone Meeting – $75
The Private Zone Meeting is great for anyone who would like to know more about the Zone, has any questions about how to correctly follow the Zone diet, or would like to know how to quickly see results in New London CrossFit programs. This is a step by step private meeting with a New London CrossFit coach on how to get started or tighten up your Zone eating habits. You will receive:
Zone Body Assessment
Zone Shopping List
Learn How to Zone while dining out, how to cook, and how to shop the Zone
1 Week Zone Food Log Assessment and Follow up
